PegLife ships UPS. Options include ground, three-day, two-day and next-day shipping.
We are currently unable to ship to PO or APO boxes through the website. If you need to ship an order to a PO Box or APO/FPO, contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart. At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code.
Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online.
All items shown on the website are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable.
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
Returns and Exchanges policy
We understand that since you cannot touch and feel products when shopping online, you want to be sure you will be fully pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. You may choose either to be reimbursed or to exchange it for a different shirt. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing information. When you send it back, include a note to specify whether you’d like the refund or an exchange (if an exchange, specify the size and design you’d like instead).
